1. Q: What is coaching?A: Have you ever played on an athletic team? Life and Business coaches do the same thing, which athletic coaches do, but you are being coached on your whole life, or something specific, of your choosing. Coaching is facilitation of your success and fulfillment of life purpose You have an interest in becoming more and performing at your peak ability; the coach merely acts as a mirror, which helps you to see your blind spots, and is an accountability partner. There is no moral judgment. Coaching is success conditioning. When you are being coached we use your agenda, with the coach sometimes adding intelligent insights. We view you as naturally creative, resourceful and whole. The answers are in your heart! You aren’t broken and you don’t need to be “fixed” or diagnosed! We focus on where you are now and where you want to go; and we set goals and make a plan for your success together. And then we remove the obstacles go and complete the plan! You get the results that you want, MUCH FASTER!
2. Q: Am I/ is my organization a candidate for coaching?A: Coaching may serve you if you answer yes to any one of these questions:

3. Q: How does a flight instructor/ pilot coach people?A: We have found that life and business are exactly like flying an airplane: you have to navigate. You have to learn the rules of navigation and how to operate the aircraft. There are so many unknowns and so much uncertainty; it's like flying in the clouds and you have to learn how to read your instruments and be as resourceful as possible. Being resourceful includes using your teammates. You must get to your destination on time, even though there may be bad weather and turbulence ahead; why not make it a beautiful and fun journey and get there ahead of schedule?
As a flight instructor/pilot and coach, I know what’s happening up ahead and I know how to navigate. I transfer these skills to you!
4. Q: What is the difference between coaching and therapy?A:



Views both parties as naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Does not diagnose or treat. More apt to view clients from a medical model. Diagnoses and treats.
Trained to work with functioning clients. Trained to work with major mental illness.
Works with clients that are able to form an alliance and have common goals. Works with clients with entrenched problems.
Co-active® model. Therapist the “expert.”
Coach and clients on a peer basis. Hierarchical difference between therapist and clients.
Alliance designed by coach and client together. Treatment plan largely designed by therapist.
Focus on evolving and manifesting potential. Focus on healing and understanding.
Emphasis on present and future. Emphasis on past and present.
Action and being oriented. Insight oriented.

5. Q: How does it work?A: You contact us. We do a  free “Discovery Session” together. You will have some immediate breakthroughs!
We then meet in person or on the phone a few times per month (on your schedule) and we check in, and work on the things that you want to become or handle. You will get assignments and challenges in between sessions to make progress.  You start kicking ass immediately! When you are complete, you stay at your peak- performing self and on track to your destination and go there. The idea is to be coached for a finite amount of time; then you go solo. And when you want to make more progress, you can do more coaching. It's up to you!
